The space around your home is more than just your yard, it is an extension of your home…of you! The first thing others notice about your home is your landscape. What does your landscape say about you? Does your landscape express who you are? Does your landscape show others how you feel about your home? Each home is as unique as the family that lives there…SO EXPRESS YOURSELF!
How the Process Works
Deciding on the direction to go with your landscape can be intimidating. Our goal is to develop a working relationship with you, listening to your specific wants and needs, incorporating them into a unique design that shows your personality.
Once the design is planned, the designer works with an installation team. The installation team will evaluate the site and use their extensive experience to execute your project. Your project, when finished will be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
Big Return on Investment
It is great to dream big about your landscape. Even though budget is not as much fun to think about as the landscape, it is very important. When you are thinking about budget, remember that landscape improvements are not only a way to get more enjoyment out of your property, they are also a wise financial investment. According to Better Homes and Gardens, you can increase the value of your home anywhere from 5%-15% by upgrading your landscape.
So, you must be asking yourself, “how much should I invest in my landscape”? While there is not a specific dollar amount, homeowners who spend 5%-10% of the value of their home on landscaping can expect to get a return on their investment of 150%-200%.
Are you ready to get started?
*”When people ask me how they can get strong interest in their property, I always tell them to fix up their landscaping,”Walt McDonald, president of the National Association of Realtors, told Smart Money magazine. “If a homeowner is reluctant to do it, I tell them they won’t get top dollar.”
